UFR kit

hey gals, im on my fiance's name. Anyone in here use the UFR kit. Im 5'9" @ 135 Have the little love handles and that "gotta love" little pouch . I've been doing empty stomach cardio. It worked to a point. I've just about have my diet dialed in. Trying to eat small portions of clean cals about 4-5 times a day to speed up my metabolism. I just need something to cut up those handles and small pouch. I was an international model my whole life so getting in shape was very easy until i took about a yr and a half off. Now i can't get rid up the stubborn extra fat. Any input will be greatly appreciated. My fiance said he'll throw K to all. dunno what that means. lol. But Thank you guys very much for any help.
 
Do you know your bf%? How much weight training do you do? How much cardio do you do? What do you mean by you just about have your diet dialed in? Can you post it for us?

bump the meals to 5-6x a day instead of 4-5 (still need to know what you're eating though). 5'9" & 135 is pretty skinny.

From my personal experience, others on this site as well as the research put IN to the products, I would highly recommend any of the supplements from the AF Store.

^^^ I'm 5'9 but Larger frame. At one point I was down to 137 for photos I took back in April, but my comfort Zone, looking lean, muscular with definition is 150-160 easy.

Don't know bf%, getting calipers probally tomarrow. I do more of a cardio weight training. I do about 20 min cardio before working out usually eliptical. My fiance told me i needed to do more like 45min. I definately need to increase my muscle too. He was telling me i have to concentrate more on each muscle.
my diet contains
meal 1 usually soy whey protein drink
meal 2 apple or tomatos
Meal 3 salad and chix breast or turkey
meal 4 whatevers for dinner (chicken,steak,then vegs squash etc.)love vegs
meal 5 soy whey protein shake

Please let me know how I can incorporate a better diet if you can also what rutine would benefit me
need to put muscle on my upperbody (arms, shoulders) very thin, typical model arms lol. my legs are great. however i still don't have the full gap between them, i'd love to get that back.

do you have the nutrient profile and/or name of your soy whey shake?
also with respect to meal 2 adding a small amount of protein.
are you intentionally low carb?

also with respect to activity 45 minutes is better than 20. Something that you might consider is brisk walking (its something that you and fiance can do together- ie quality time--- and can be easily maintained for 45min-1hr.

Well the only carbs i really eat are bread, potatos and pasta. Usually once a day. We actually walk our pits ever night for about 25 30 mins too.
 
If you want to put some muscle on your upper body, you need to be consuming at least 135 grams of protein a day? Are you currently doing that? If not - eat more! :) How many calories are you getting a day?

A few exercises for you to get the bi's going would be:
db curls, preacher curls, cable curls, concentration curls, hammer curls, standing bb curls.

For tri's:
db extensions, db kickbacks, dips, cable pushdowns, skull crushers (one of my faves).

Are you just wanting muscle in your arms...or are you looking to add to chest, back and shoulders too?

Great Q, you are right i need to increase my protein. thanks for the info on bi's tri's. And yes if i could develope my back and shoulders too that would be great. chest is just where i like it. Where should my calorie count be if i want a little extra lean muscle i have those thin arms and boneyish shoulders. Also for the inner thigh i want to get that gap back. Would that machine where you sit in , legs extended, where you push together or out ward. Would that be most beneficial to that area thanks scopriogirl.

You should be eating AT LEAST 1700 calories a day. 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs is a good starting point. You should know; however, that it is impossible to gain muscle without gaining a little fat. After you've got the muscle you want, then you can cut to take the fat off. Don't let that discourage you. Most models get the "skinnyfat syndrome" where they're skinny - but giggly because they've concentrated on eating WAYYY to little and only doing cardio. Don't be one of those girls - that's gross!!!


Also for the inner thigh i want to get that gap back. Would that machine where you sit in , legs extended, where you push together or out ward. Would that be most beneficial to that area thanks scopriogirl.

The adductor, abductor machine will work the muscles on the inner and outer thigh - it WILL NOT reduce fat. If you have fat in that area, you need cardio to reduce it.
