I jujst got home from Barney's Beanery, a bar located in west hollywood known as a UCLA bar. It was fun as fuck.

surprisingly I ran into a lot of florida fans. bunch of southern chicks from gainsville. there was a huge table of like 10 of them all sporting florida shit. they loved the attention. they were pretty hot (as most southern belles are) and just played it up to their advantage. i mean cmon, if it were dudes, they would've gotten their asses kicked. but bc they were chicks, all these UCLA guys were kissing their asses.

btw, Kumar, Cal, poor guy, nobody recognized him but me. and i think thats what pissed him off to begin with.

I think cities are what an individual makes out of it. I honestly can say that I think I could have fun in any city.

i do enjoy L.A. I think people here are more understanding when they meet someone like me who didnt grow up here.

People love it when I play the out of town card.

Some cities are just better then others...I spent the weekend in SD, very nice. Very green scenery, great weather...

I agree. I've been to every major city in the United States and can attest to the different "feel" of the people when you go out.

But I have to say, if you are an individual who can look past the usual bullshit, then L.A. is one of the most nicest cities in the country.

People here are pretty cool when you go out. I was surprised at how humble and polite people ar ewhen I first moved here.

I think insecure people have the hardest time in a city like here or New york cuz they dont know how to deal with the bullshit.

I dont understand why a lot of people are "afraid" of large cities. I mean I know living in a large metropolitan city isnt for anyone, but then again, its not a hell of any sort.

I agree with the walking and stuff downtown but the only problem is finding good parking.

i cannot believe how bad UCLA got spanked. I wouldnt be surprised if John Wooden gives up and just takes a dirt nap after tonights debacle.
