why do people do it???

Just the other day, I won a bid on ebay. The guy's username was in all caps. All of his responses to his feedback was in caps. His auction listing was in caps. When I got his AOL screenname, it was in caps. So was every one of the emails he sent me. I was surprised when I finally got my package that the address on the box wasnt written in all caps.

seriously though...do people not know how to turn off the caps lock key? Or are they just using some vintage computer which doesnt have lower case letters?

maybe he is "IN CAPS MAN" the new super hero?.......a lot of people use it just because it's bigger, easy to read. others use it to make a statment like your yelling or what not...i guess your anti caps?

Easier to read? Personally I think its harder on the eyes. I can understand if youre "yelling" but thats not the case with these people.

Its harder to read. I rarely bother. It seems grade schoolish.

it's harder to read all caps... I think it's pure laziness... they never have to worry about capitalization when typing, and they only have to learn how to make 26 different figures in order to write by hand versus 49 or whatever...

then there are those who do it just to be fucking annoying...

jesus 2 just types all in lower case. you don't have to think about capitalizing AND it is easier to read. plus, you are able to emphasize certain points by CAPITALIZING only when you need to.
