Mental block.....Is the typical dosage .5 ed or eod?

I'm doing eod but still having nip issues (erect, sensitive, etc)

Should I bump it up to ED until sides go away?

depends on level of aromatizable gear plus you current BF %

you can start off with either 0.5mg ED or EOD... doesn't matter much at first....try it for a week or so then re-evaluate... see if bloat gets better, see if BP is improved, see if libido is effected (too much estrogen will lower libido...not enough will do the same)

.25 about every 1.5 days works for me on less than 1g (total gear,)
