I partied with him in Houston the last time I was in Tx....he is indeed a very cool guy. Some coast guard chick with a tongue ring was sweating my ass at the club....LOL...

Well no such luck people... I'll be a 5 week holdover before I can start...The Mind games begin

we had 2 or 3 quit before we even left Airborne holdover 2day.

Guy:
1. his old lady was threatning divorce
2. His Ears are screwed up and basically deaf

plenty of details, getting off by 2 or 3 pm, good pt to get me back in good shape, still collecting hazard pay from jump school, I'll be able to keep my POV once I get it delievered to me

why the 5 week holdover? What happened?

they are working in block leave for the Instructors so instead of starting 1 class a week at RIP they are only doing 1 class at a time and there are alot of guys trying to get into a BN

they have been working block leave in for 2 months already so I'm not sure if this is something to expect going into RIP or if it's just because of Summer block leave. Anyhow I wont get to take block Leave till Christmas time unless whichever BN is on Rotation to Deploy. I hope I can get some Peeps to fly in on Holidays to see me wherever I get stationed. If I get sent to Ft Lewis I'm going to fly down to San Diego to check it out and look you up. I want to make a U.S. tour once I get stationed if they'll let me bug out on the weekends

Hunter here...My GF should be able to get hired on at the local hospital there since she becomes a RN in Dec

I'll be trying to put in for promotion to specialist soon as I get there since I have 9months as a PFC. getting a time in service waiver I hope wont be too hard. I'm going to be getting some University online courses set up soon as Iget there as well. I got 73hrs I might as well knock out a few more before Christmas. At the least knock out 3 maybe 4 courses by Spring break if I can get a work at your own pace course.

That would make for some Mad BBQ and some interesting weekends. hey my Gf's daughter is getting some practice at Babysitting this summer lol...Grant it she's only 8 but something to keep in mind if we make to the same place and decide to have the faimlies around for a cookout
