Two weeks until my cruise! Advice Needed.

I'm taking a cruise in August and I am wondering how I should approach the next two weeks. I want to lose a couple lbs. and cut up a bit.

Should I go low carb for the next 10-12 days and then carb up two days before my cruise? I figure I will do cardio almost every day and use yohimburn for the next ten days to shed a few lbs. and cut up a bit. Also, should I lower my weight and up my reps during my workouts?

Do 45 minutes of wind sprints a day, yohimburn and maybe an ECA and drink LOTS of water.

Peace.

Don't go low carb, your body needs carbs, don't deplete it and make it drag, just eat clean, eat your carbs early with the usual protein then eat your vegetables later in the day with your protein.

Go low carbs - there IS NO such thing as essential carbohydrate as you body will convert protein into the glucose needed via gluconeogenesis.

Where the hell can I get some ephedrine HCL from? Does GNC or any Pharmacies carry it? Any truck stops up your way carry it Corn?

I think that I will do something similar to Da One Crum's modified diet and eat only clean carbs AM with my first meal or two.

Simple advice from a simple flamer...

We are going to the Bahamas, Nassau I think. I haven't been on a cruise since I was 15 so it should be quite an experience.

I started taking an ECA stack on Saturday. I'm pretty sure I am in love, I have had the best two cardio workouts I can remember. It was like I got stronger and stronger the longer I went, and I was sweating like I ran in the NY Marathon.

I did notice that my pulse was way up when I was lifting though. It was getting up near 180 after sets. I don't usually take my pulse while lifting, but it felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I really didn't notice that big of a difference while doing my cardio though.

Don't diet too harshly leading up to your cruise as the seceve calorie deficit will put your body in a panick mode, so when you start to eat normally on your cruise you'll gain fat like it's going out of style.
BTW, I did the bahamas cruise for my honeymoon, the snorkling on the reefs was the best....
