I've never touched a woman in a violent manner in my life.

I was asking why women put themselves in a violent situation when a guy is obviously nuts/irate/whatever. Probably a naive question, since as a man, I'd walk away from a woman that was going nuts like that.

I don't think there's ever an excuse for a man to hit a woman, but I feel way way less bad for the woman who act like raging bitches and get hit when they go out of their way to provoke anger than women who just end up the subject of undeserved or projected anger.

I think you either have it in you or you don't. I don't see how she was going nuts. That guy wildly kicked that tv close to her to show his dominance and to intimidate her. Or, we can pretend he actually just wanted to damage his own stuff.

You're right. That guy was obviously a piece of shit and had it in himself to hit a woman. What I was trying to get at was why she would stay in that situation after he kicked the TV instead of just calling the cops. Made me think maybe she wanted him to hit her, with the camera filming it. Probably wasn't the case, but could've been. Common sense should've told her he was nuts at that point.

I'm sorry, I read your post wrong. I agree in a situation like that I would just get out of his way, let him take what he wants, take the kids and leave. If he started to come after me I'd just curl up in a ball, shield my face and take the blows and take the kids gtfo once it was over. I don't think I'd try to fight back (I don't think) I'd have pepper spray or mace on me at all times too. Just in my hand ya know.

I agree. Some women have this egotistical idea that they can change such men, fix them or whatever. therapists get paid to help them sort through that crap. Unless im getting paid too, I'd rather focus on keeping my sht together, enjoying relationship.
