Two, the DA said today that he thinks we have a case... and wants to file charges in the next few months against my uncle. ::takes a deep breath:: I have to call him tomarrow to set up a date to file my "offical police report" complete with details. Guess its about to get rough.

My aunt and uncle (they were my next door neighbors for 3 years) molested I and several of my cousins as children.

Thanks guys, I hope they are put away a long time. Child molesters have a nice life in prison.

Yeah, I know. My therapist thinks I can handle it. At this point its not even about revenge anymore...its about stopping them from doing it to someone else. If it cost me some time, and some humiliation on the witness stand, its a price I'm willing to pay to stop it from happen to just one more child.

That's fucked up. I hope they get what's coming to them. I don't believe in hell, but if there's someplace where scum like that deserve to be, that's the it.

The date went really really well. She wants to go out again... she called and told me.

Thanks for the support guys. Yeah, these people do not need to be walking the streets. I know what they are capable of, and I have a duty as a human being to do what I can to make sure they are put away.

GL, because I never talked about it until around 2 years ago. There was medical records showing evidence of abuse, but I denied it as a child, and my parents did not know for certain who did it. In all honesty, I forgot it until I reached the age of 16. I remembered everything the first time I had sex.
