Two a Days!

If you were really set on a two-a-day training scheme, how would you pair it? Something like:
m pm - chest
tue - abs, calves, forearms, traps
tue - delts

WEDNESDAY OFF

th - Tris
th - Back
Fri - Hams
Fri - Quads
Sat - Chest
Sun - Back ????????

Seems like a ton, huh?

If you have done this scheme, before you got burnt out, how did it work for ya?

How do you plan on doing military presses the day after bench or incline? Regardless, that routine sucks for so many reasons, the first one being your training background for the past 4 years and the state it left you in.

Train 3 or 4 days (tops) a week.....improve your bench, squat, row, deadlift, and military press, start eating about 3500 cals a day of whatever your heart desires, and evaluate every month.

This is the last time I'll post on your thread or offer suggestions as you seem to be getting irritated by suggestions that you or the 'trainer' didn't come up with.

If you have such a neurotic need to exercise, then you should really find out what is at the root of it and take care of it for your own health and well-being. You COULD make AM sessions for recovery work at some point, but at this stage in the game, you need brief, simple workouts with progression of big lifts being the goal, and plenty of rest and food.

Best of luck, man, I seriously would love to see you reach your goals and feel great about it.

i think you are the longest recurring troll i've ever seen?

i would give you karma for the response, but for some damn reason i can't give anybody karma right now. that is by far the funniest thing (the routine) that I have ever seen....

In my experience, two-a-day based on a 3 day split would be as follows:

Day 1 AM:
Chest (3 exercises)
Neck (2)
Day 1 PM:
Delts (3)
Triceps (2)

Day 2 AM:
Hamstrings (2)
Calves (2)
Upper Abs (2)
Day 2 PM:
Quads (3)
Lower Abs (2)

Day 3 AM:
Back (3)
Traps (1)
Day 3 PM:
Biceps (2)
Forearms (1)

Day 4 and 5 would be rest. Then repeat.

IF you MUST do 2x per day - which is NOT the way to go imo...try this:

Monday:

hams
traps

Tues:

Chest
Anterior delts

Wed:

quads
abs

Thur

Lats
medial delts

Fri:

bis
tris
