Twitching/Spasms, while on Gear?

Is twitching and spasms a common side, when on gear, or off?

I have a freind who id say is a moderate user of juice.
he always has muscle twitches and like spasms/twitching in his face.

Any of you out there come across or had this problem before?

Yeah I had weird spasms in my back and weird dreams that stuff was comin out of my arms too, chemicals must mess with my brain lol.

so its common?, because i wouldnt want twitching in the face, he looks like a retard!!, and it happens like every 10-20 minutes.

My eye does. Its wierd. No one can see it but it flickers.

Oh ya...I dont know about face....but if i hold my arm in one spot for a while when i move it it has a spasm...Its a sure fire way i know my compounds are working..it just started this wk for me...and look its wk 4...long esters starting to work

I have eye spasms. Nothing major. My biggest issue is sleep. Without lunesta or other sleeping meds....I do not sleep.
