I have been feeling a slight twinge in my elbow when I have been benching lately. It doesn't hurt much but I used to never have this problem and I have been lifting for years. Can it be my form? should I do a few sets of push ups before I bench to warm up the tris?
I am currently doing the linear 5X5 and it seems that going from squat to bench, there is not a lot of upper body warm up on bench. Maybe I should just do a few more warm up sets to get the joints going. THe only thing is, I am only in my 4th week and the first 4 sets are so easy that I use them as my warm ups, I really cant go any lighter...lol
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
