Twin Lab Duel Tabs

Guy at the gym told me these were the best vitamins available...Anyone try them? What do you guys think?

They do seem to be the most potent on the market.

I alternate between those and a multi by sportpharma. I like Sportpharma's better, they seem to absorb better, but for the money you can't go wrong with Dual Tabs by Twin Labs. I get them at DPS, they're dirt cheap.
