twice a day?

im gonna be starting my first cycle (500mg test e/10weeks) in about 5 weeks. will i be able to train twice a day since my recovery time will be so much better. like say legs in am then maybe chest and tris in pm??

u still need lots of recovery time maybe even more u will work out harder trianing more or overtrianing will get u nowhere except very sore eat right sleep and take 2 or 3 days a week off and recovery is the key to maing ur muscles grow
 
i nkow that guys but the im saying if all else is equal (no soreness, eating 5-6000kcals/day, plenty of sleep) would it be ok then?? the reason i ask is cuz tues, and thurs are pretty dead for me, while mon weds fris are packed (college student.) thanks
 
work 2 out adya but no need to hit the gym twice in 1 day but if time permitting do what ya have too but i think get ur pump and stay there i just think going t 2 times a day is a bit much

thats all ya need maybe soem cardio in theer and abbs at least 3 or 4times aweek spring brea is coming soon right?

Even the majority of pros train each bodypart once per week and one training session per day. The successful ones anyway. That should tell you something. They use more gear than you'll use your whole life. Listen to the above bro. You need rest.
 
outlaw haha i knew someone would come back with that. but the thing is on tues/thurs. i do ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING. so i would say like legs at noon then lay around and eat all day and then chest and tris later on at like 8ish. but i guess ill figure something else out. i think im just so pumped to start my first cycle taht i wanna get as many workouts in as possilbe to ya know. haha well thanks guys

I'd not do that, this is your first cycle, keep your workouts the same, i mean your splits the same. See how it works for you with the gear, you don't want to overtrain on your first cycle

lol... thats right.... one month away for me... I also have my first cycle 2 weeks after spring break...

do u have anything to do on saturday and sundays? if not there is your 4 days a week.... tues, thurs, sat, sunday
tues- chest/ tris
thurs- back/ bis
sat- shoulders
sunday- legs
abs/ calves - 3/4 times a week

that looks pretty good... my 7 cents
