Twice a day split...what do you think?

I was previously on 5x5, and I found that the recovery times between days was actually too long for me. I haven't lifted for a couple months now, but I wanted to get on a new routine. I want to try to hit most everything, twice a week. I have the ability to work out twice a day, so I was going to split it into Am/Pm lifting. Here's the split I was considering:

Day1:
AM - Chest
PM - Tri's

Day2:
AM - Quads/Hams
PM - Calves/Abs

Day3: Off

Day4:
AM - Back Width/shoulders (lats, rows, overhead press, etc)
PM - Back Thickness/Bi's (Deadlifts/trap work)

Anyone have suggestions/comments/criticism? I seem to recover quite fast from most routines i've done, and I'll be eating 5-6 meals a day with snacks in between. Sleep should be plenty as well.

(In case any of you are wondering, I'm a college student with WAY too much free time on my hands)

Well if you havent lifted at all in a few months, i would suggest a regular 4 days split a week or two and see where you are at before you jump into twice a day/twice a week split. thats a bit much IMO and more isnt better. spending all that time in the gym will more than likely not get you the results youre looking for.

Each AM and PM session is only ~45minutes. I just make sure I hit the specific muscle group, hard and with real intensity.

I'm in my first week, and I feel great right now. If I start feeling like crap or my lifts aren't improving as I feel they should, I'm going to toss in another off-day or try to resituate it . Thanks for the advice so far...I'm logging it all into memory. It's not going in and out of the mind.

EDIT: Not sure if it matters or not...but I'm also a relatively younger person (19) and am taking creatine/protein.
