want to max out next week but i decided to feel out 365 after hitting 275 and 315. got 2 clean ass easy reps. then got 25 reps of 225. New PR on every set. Then i hit shoulders and did 115 lb dbs for a set of 10 for shoulder press on my last set. another new PR.
I am ordering some 1 inch pins and a vial of prop. decided i wanna try it out so im gonna switch to prop for my last 12 days of the cycle while i am on epistane. gonna do 80mg ed. so 12 days worth. Idk how im gonna pin delts i can barely scratch my back lol.
