‘Twas the night before Christmas
And all through Elite
Not a creature was posting, not even on Sheets;
The board has been upgraded, causing a wait,
Filling some members with bile and hate;
Things mostly move quickly, and people are happy;
Provoking some threads that many think are sappy.
For once, I’m not working on this Christmas Eve,
But again I’m here, with a poem up my sleeve.
Over on chat, there arose such a clatter
I clicked with a quickness to see what was the matter.
George gave the plats an early Christmas gift,
Bombs to be dropped, now that caused a rift.
Lestat and DIVISION rally the plats
To dispense with red karma that knocks Lumberg flat.
CipherLock and Bullit are nowhere to be found,
Yet amazingly enough, more retards abound.
Suddenly Elite is replete with more members,
Many are gone that no one remembers.
More rapid than eagles, the posters they came,
All posted and clicked, and I saw all their names.
There’s Frisky, now BigDawg, now RADAR and Pamela,
On Cheffy and biteme and QT and Raina!
To the top of the boards! To the top of them all!
Now post away, post away, post away all!
Smurfy and Seashell are two resident hotties,
With beautiful minds that match with their bodies.
From Zero and amp pharm are Photoshop masters,
And deteras1 seems to be quite the bastard.
AAP sends cards, and Hansel still hates it,
While pigtails still needs to change his name back to mullet.
Frisky is here, bringing sexual tension;
WalkingBeast posts more pics, demanding attention.
Gonelifting posts up about working at Costco,
And what’s up with this mod named ZKAudio?
It’s the year of name changes, from Ejac to JH1,
Someone come get me when all of that’s done.
Karma threads are back, filling the NKC with glee;
Yet they still seem really quite asinine to me.
Velvett’s still here, lest she be missed;
Crak has been bombed, and his brother is pissed.
As another year passes, members come and they go,
Returning with new names, they hope no one will know.
The board carries on, many say things have changed;
Still others maintain that it’s all still the same.
We post and we help, and we give out advice,
All in agreement that Jersey’s hair never looks nice.
Though I’m not at the office, with a schedule that’s light,
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
