Has anyone on here run both at separate times that can tell me the results and +/- of each? From what I am reading they are similar in what the benefits of each are... no weight gain, adding lean muscle, cutting fat and increased endurance. I am a endurance athlete and looking to make endurance and lean muscle gains without gaining weight. I am only interested in your thoughts on Tbol and Hela as I have experience with other gear like GW, Osta, etc. for endurance/lean muscle gains.
