turanabol&clenb. need workout plan

ok, about 5 months ago, i was taking dbol and working out everyday. was at great weight and great strength. i messed up and stopped. so i have been working out again for past month, and for past week started clenbuterol and a turanabol cylcle. i am now at 80mcg clen and 50mg tbol. i was wondering if anyone had a good workout for me to pursue. i am 5ft 9. 184 lbs, too heavy for my job standards... please help
 
I would start by ditching the TBol... if you want to rip up some fat then you really don't need that especially if your training hasn't been spot on consistently for quite some time.

Sounds like all you need is some diet & exercise info, the T-Bol and clen don't really sound necessary to me. Check out the exercise forums for info on programs like 5x5 for strength and there are plenty of good diets to follow in the diet forum. Good luck.

Anyway 5'9 and 184 , you can't be but around 10lb's or so above weight standards
Anyway you of all people should already know how to lose weight. Reduce calories and pound the pavement. Just run like I guess you did in basic.

Listen to this advice. Already, after asking someone for a lifting/workout regimen, someone is telling you to stop taking the tbol. Don't listen to that guy, listen to this guy.
