Tuna vs Grilled Chicken

Would it be okay if i ate grilled chicken for lunch around 12 and tune after school at around 3:30? I know it's opposite than what most people do, but it's more convenient for me. Is this okay?
 
I don't know.. its just that when i see EVERYONE's split... they have tuna as their second meal.. chicken 3rd and 4th.

Tuna has great Omegas......but also mercury.......

Personally Id go with tuna....but taste wise I like chicken better.

Tuna taste pretty good with some canola or flax oil on it. I also have used peanut oil and olive oil. I love me some oils!
 
Nothing is wrong with what you're doing. Ideally, I would like to eat only grilled chicken sandwiches and tuna in my diet - though it doesn't always work out that way.
 
Sometimes I make a huge batch at night and eat it right when I get up in the morning and a bit later at work.

Ever try heating tuna out of a can?

If you rinse it out really well, season (I like dill, pepper, ginger and fresh scallions) and throw it in the micro for a bit, it's quite tastey and less fishy.

The scallions you can buy in bulk at a BJ/Price Club sort of place, chop up, put in small zip-locks and throw into the freezer. You can do the same thing with ginger, just peel, put through a garlic press and freeze untill you want to use it.

I find I get the best gains cycling my tuna and chicken, but you don't really benefit from either when you take them orally. I tend to inject about 50cc of a tuna isolate post workout and every halfhour there after.












C'mon it was just a joke :D
But ya it makes no difference in the order.

and don't forget water at the end of your cycle :D

Tuna has twice the Sodium of a Tyson Chicken breast, I say Chicken anyday.

I used to love tuna, ate it twice a day, now I dont ever plan on eating tuna again, it sickens me to think about eating it. I read this time and time agin here on EF but never thought it would happen to me.
