I need some recipe as to how to prepare and eat tuna. I am havign a hard time to digest that damn fish.

You can check the recipes' forum, it is just under this one.
I've heard many people put some spicy sauce in the tuna, I use Madras Curry for now. Eventually I'll get tired and I'll try something different, maybe some chopped vegetables, onions seem to work ok with tuna …

Good luck

When I still ate cheese (sigh) I used to core out a tomato, fill with tuna (mixed with mayo, mustard and relish) and top with some cheese. Put in the microwave til warm and melted.

I like a drained can of tuna mixed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, and chopped veggies....

I also like it mixed with salsa (it really is good)

I sometimes eat fat free cheese slices -- always good with that on top...

Starkist makes it. I buy it by the box ever time it's in the store! Makes a nice spicy tasty way to eat tuna.
