tuna and LOW CARB

ok... everyone has posted all the different ways to eat
tuna... but what about those ways that have NO sugar or carbs...?

someone mentioned a can of tuna with taco bell sauce...
all these sauces contain tons of sugar... so for those out
there on ATKINS or CKD....
HOW DO YOU EAT TUNA?

cozmokramer,

Tuna + mayo, but i'm sure you're familiar with that. How about tuna + hot sauce (garlic sauce only 2 carbs)
Tuna + 2tbsp. heavy whipping cream+ chilli poweder + some hot sauce

Not too much variety, otherwise the carbs would have to be higher.

thanks all... i'm familiar with many of these ways...

i was just trying to bring everyones ideas together for
all the newbies as I've seen a lot of questions about
this....

God idea.

The more different ways to prepare tuna the better.

This is what I do
- Weight out fresh raw tuna. (140g for me)
- Wrap it in aluminum foil , added with spices such as a bunch of basil. You could add 1 -- 2tbsp of olive oil to get your fats if this is what you need (one of my meals was with the 2 tbsp).
- close it up.
- 20 misn on high oven.
- open it, put it back for another 5 mins
- eat and enjoy. Much better than canned !

This is the base. Now be creative
