8th week of tt sust cycle
hey guys-I FEEL YOUR PAIN
for the first couple of weeks the pain was terrible and the knotts gave me some flu like symptoms that hurt my workouts
I've bugged this board all throughout this sust only cycle-sorry guys
tried to get the excesive ba out by running it under hot water-didn't work-thanks for the advice though i think it was DOCV
best advice-heat some water in a bowl, let the vile set in it for 5-7min, pull and shoot EXTREMELY SLOWLY about 1cc/1min or slower
I quit taking shots in my glutes-cuz I sit on my ass all day at work-but even if I did't I stil would keep shooting in my delts
I have found that, for me, it is best to shoot in the delts-not more than 1cc/injection-then hit shoulders right afterwards.
I feel like it absorbs/spreads the sust out faster-did it last week 1cc in each shoulder, and was mildly sore for less than 2 days-dont know if this adds to it or not but I also use some icy hot on my shoulders to get some extra blood pumping in my shoulders
