Below is a great letter from Dr. Molina one of the two owner of TTOKKYO. This is the guy that the FED have held in SD CA on ketta charges. it is old but has some cool info on the man himself.

Since Ttokkyo´s Lab, started the marketing of the new products the rumors positives and negatives are circulating, and I want to talk about them for the benefit of all concerned you, me, and the products. Your criticism regarding Ttokkyo´s product is my responsability, and you should know that our company is not ignoring it.
1. Believe it or not. The Deca 300 is real is legit, is not fake, you can check with a knowledgable chemist, the Deca can easily be made to 300 mg/ml. Ou Deca doesn´t contain 50, 100 or 200 mg/ml, The first batch (N-120 Exp. Date Jul, 02) according to our own Q.C. lab, contains 95.2% (285 mg Nandrolone Decanoate/ml),according to the independent lab ARJ # of analysis 77-00ZA is 93.4% (280.2 mg/ml). The product must contain at least 90% (270 mg/ml).

2. You can check the Lab test results in this home page, not only for Deca 300 but also for other product, the analysis was made not only by our own Q.C. Lab, but also by A.R.J. Lab, address: Cafetal # 60 Colonia Granjas México C.P. 08400 Tles. (5) 56500600, (5) 5650 0508 Fax (5)56484654 México Distrito Federal., is an independent lab approved by the mexican government to verify the analysis of the mexican industry. The Chemist in charge (owner) of this Approved QCLab is Marcos Gil Rodríguez and they have been in this business for more than 30 years. If you have any doubt just call them, they are not fake they are real. I realize the results for our competition are not what they want to hear, buy they are in.
2. To the coward that is hiding back to the keybord, please, ethical standards are key component of professionalism.:
a) You said " Dr. Molina was fired from a job (for what reason I do not know)", let me explain, I was never fire in any company, I spent almost 12 years in Smithkline Beecham (SKB)as Operations Director, until the animal health division was sold to Pfizer Inc., so, I received the invitation from Ing. Gonzalez General Director of Pfizer México Inc. to work for them on the production plant located in Toluca México, of course I didn´t accept. Also let me comment, I worked for the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) nearly 10 years as a profesor and left the UNAM when I was moved to SKB. Also I worked for the Mexican government in charge of the National Veterinary Assay Laboratory in Tecamac México, where I had the opportunity to participate in the technical agreement between México and Japan for almost 5 years having the fortune to get post grade in the National Institute of Animal Health in Tsukuba Japan. Due to my close relation with the Japanese people I put the name TTokkyo to my own lab. Also I got a postgrade in finance at the Instituto Tecnologico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Please keep well informed I was never fired.
b) Our real company address is not based in a house in México City, it is located in the south part of México: San Francisco 1384 third floor Colonia Del Valle C.P. 03100 Tel (5) 5757624 fax (5) 53350079. México Distrito Federal. It is not a house is a building. The warehouse is located in Salaverry # 1204 Colonia Zacatenco, C.P. 07300, Tels (5) 5860322 y (5) 5860709 in México Distrito Federal and, it is not a House is a warehouse only for TTokkyo. The production plant is located in the Morelos State: Carretera Yautepec # 85 C.P. 62540 Tels (735) 78015 and (735)782 11 Morelos México.
c) We had never heard about a problems with the "K" involving horses, and if you think that TTokkyo productions standards are very bad let me remind you that after severals quality control audits, we are trustwortwy company (maquilador confiable) and we have the documents (if doubt) from Smithkline Beechman, Pfizer, Novartis Animal Health Inc., Hoechst Rousell Vet and Laboratorios Farmacéuticos "Chinoin".
Developing a highly effective team is an enduring goal for successful companies like Ttokkyo, we must strive to integrate only the most knowledgeable, skilled, and talented players into our operation.
And if you know the aussie is the best on the market we respect that, our thinking is that making negative comments about competitors inevitably lowers our credibility. We never want to appear to be "bad mouthing" the competition.
Our persistence in maintaining standards for excellence will beat the competition. I know those negative rumors are not last challenge we face, only the most recent.
3. The people who is worried about our Deca marketing, many professionals wrongly believe marketing tactics are the same as marketing strategies. Although interrelated, the two are distinct. Tactics are techniques used by corporate armies to secure the strategy´s goals.
To positive customers our relationship confirms that win - win situations occur when two people desire a positive result. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality is tangible.
