I really appreciate all of your guys help...I may not be eating enough...my diet is basicaly oatmeal,fish,chicken,yogurt and 2-3 meal replacements from EAS.I also drink alot of water and stay away from all junk food.I eat really good through the week but slack a little on the weekends.I get most of my protein from the meal replacements,nitro-tech,and Isopure.
