TSH numbers came in high...............

Now I dont understand why they would. I haven't been "on" for 4-5 months. I am 37 and in good shape, my HDL numbers are low(36) and my TSH is high (7.5) which is about 50% above the norm. I am clinically diagnosed as hypothyroidism and they are wanting to put me on 50mcg/day T4 to start. I ran a Deca\Test cycle with 7 months of GH at 4iu/day. Can anyone give me any EDUCATED input as to why this might have happened ????

And maybe a fix ? ? ?

How were your other levels?

My TSH levels came in high a while back - it was 7.4. Mine were taken after a winny only oral cycle. I did a ton of research and come up with nothing. I also did some clen during pct (just two weeks) and I was wondering if that could have affected it.

Hopefully someone can post some insight.

HDL- 36
Total- 190 and TSH 7.5.

Dont know maybe something in the cycles set it off and inhibit it.

That is what I am thinking.

I am not sure exactly.

I did not take any meds for my high TSH. I felt (and still feel) fine. I am going in for blood work next month for another check-up.

They are putting me on T4 supplimentation............I am not taking it.
How do you feel.....lethargic ???? Depressed ? ? ?

AND I am supposed to start a cycle tomorrow LMAO

I do not feel lethargic. When I got my results done I was perfectly normal - it was a shock.

I thought maybe it was a supplement/AAS issue. I know that some AAS's and clen can mess with the internal processing of minerals, amino's etc. (for example clen and taurine) so I went out and did some research on OTC vitamins for the Thyroid and I got a couple of bottle of NOW's Thyroid stuff. I also take Animal Pak's which has the same vitamins so I discontinued the NOW supps.

I was fine for quite a while but a while ago my feet were cold (damn cold and my feet never get cold) which is a symptom of hypothyroidism- it has since passed but I am scheduled for blood work in April so I am just going to wait unless something changes. I am keeping an eye on the symptoms.

The main one is lethargy and I am not lethargic in any way. I have been a little more depressed than usual but I think that is because of my schedule (and I recently quit chewing tobacco).

There is another post lurking in here somewhere where a guy has a total crash of his Thyroid on cycle. His doc attributed it to something else but it would not surprise me if AAS has an effect on the thyroid.

I am going to bump this thread until we get an answer ;)

I thought it might have been the AAS..then thought I was just crashing, then my numbers came in high and I was told I was hypo. Then came the synthroid..........I said thanks but no thanks. I have a little depression but I seem to have come out of that. Sad to see noone has any input on this.

If you find that other post PM me or put it in this thread.

Just an update. I went in again to get my blood test taken and I see the doc later this week. I'll give an update on my levels and what he is going to stick me on.
