Trying to get back on track.

I just went to my new psychiatrist who is also a sport psychiatrist

He put me on Ambien so i can actually sleep normally.
And i'm back on Effexor XR, and in about 2 weeks i'll be taking Abilify.
He said Abilify doesn't loosen joints or strain muscles as much as the other anti-psychotics..

Hope all goes well, and if someone on here has some info on any other medication aka anti depressants and etc of course inform me, cus i'm really fucked up right now.

Be sure to watch ot for side effects..those meds carry some heavy ones...keep your Doc up to date if you start feeling anything new while on these

I know.. i took Ambien last nite, and to day all i had to eat was cereal and a hamburger and i''ve been drinking nothing but water and green tea, i keep going to the sink to get water every 15 mins, even when i'm full.
