Try to be as honest as you can, how often do you drinK?

i usually have a few on weekends. never really get fucked up just literally a few beers. i'm cutting at the moment so will have a few JD and diet cokes instead to keep calories low.

had to stop drinking recently due to acid reflux, before that it was about a 12 pack every week. i miss my beer. love herb, but wife won't let me.

we all know alcohol inhibits protein synthesis. im not arguing that point. what im arguing is you saying you can feel it.

so in the couple days after drinking you notice decreased results from high protein intake? in just a couple days you notice decreased results?! I don't know anyone that in tune with their body to see decreased results in a few days. you haven't even trained the same bodyparts more than once in that time period.
