2 heaping table spoons of peanut butter(not that low fat shit).
2 whole eggs.
2 two scoops of protein powder
0.5 cups of oatmeal(don't bother to cook it)
about 2 cups of milk.
as much as i hate to say it...and it really pains me to do so...check out t-mag. i remember reading it in one of their articles, for whatever that's worth.
