Truthfully how clean do you all eat on a bulking cycle?

Was just wondering what percentage of clean foods you all eat when on a bulking cycle? 100%? 50%? Do some of you just gorge? Or even on a bulking cycle do you just eat clean foods? Say if you were on a sus and deca cycle. I am tryin to eat clean but its a bitch to get 8k calories and 500 grams of protien a day cleanly.
 
i dont necessarily believe in eating completely clean when bulking. I think a large portion of fat is necessary to bulk efficiently and enough to make a difference. Fat adds strength too, and in essence, that's what we're after during bulking.... strength. so, w/ weight, comes strength..period. Worry about looking pretty later, put some mass on for now
 
I don't believe in eating clean while bulking, it is nearly impossible. Just get enough protein and cals, worry about the little bit of fat you gain later. It gives you great movtivation for a cutting cycle.:D
 
i eat anything and everything i can get my hands on.. that sometimes includes cookies.. kit kats and reeses peanut butter cups :fro:
 
Man I feel so much better. I was gonna say I had no idea how anyone could put away those kind of calories eating completely clean.
 
It would depend on what your definition of clean is?
I eat high fat high carbs and moderate protein.
Fruit, flax oil lean cuts of meat , fish, breads, some dairy (cheese) and protein powders.
