Truth about Relationships

I wouldn't trade someone I have for goats. Not even lots of goats and 4 oxen.
oh i see. youre one of those kinky donkey lovers ;)

donkeys are expensive, Raina. i mean, *I* think youre worth it, but thats 'cause i like youre personality ;)

While I wouldn't seek out an UGLY guy, looks are far from everything. And much less important then money. There I said it! No one wants to date/marry a broke ass guy. I don't want to sit at home and eat bon bons while they work, I have job and I make decent money, but I'd rather marry someone who was financially secure (not rich, just secure) then someone beautiful and broke.

Irrelevant. What were his prospects at the time? I would say you saw future potential for income. Kind of like buying a stock when it is low and knowing it will rise. Women do this all the time, including the one i am currently with.

When my wife & I married she was 3 wks out of high school. No money making prospects. Well, except for the obvious one, pervs. I was in the army 2 yrs & as a tanker I had no marketable skills, unless I chose an army career.
All we had were a desire to be together. Workin good so far. BTW, she'll be making more than me soon.

Finally an honest answer.

I've already played the "I have it all" game with "have it all" defined by what is sterotypically pursued. From the outside I have it all. And it's all empty.
