I got Montana's book, and I read the no aerobics part. For those of you who don't know, its using fast paced sets with light weights and long durations instead of conventional cardio. My question was the effectiveness of this method. I also was needing to know the preferred duration and when it should be done (days between workouts, on workout days, completely away from workouts). If you guys can give me any feedback on any of this, Id greatly appreciate it.
