Trump calls out Obama

while i respect nate silver for his excellent mind, even he has been dropping his probability of obumbles winning again, and lol at him being a republican...daily kos and nyt blogging jew just screams GOP to me haha

Super straw man argument skills. Plunkey the Ignorant would be proud.

Trump is a moron for doing anything other than keeping the focus on the economy and Benghazi. The birther argument is a losing one with 12 days left.

All my karmaz on Nobummbuerbo winning. Whoever wants to set it up lemme know.

bro he admits it himself he leans democrat.
wether or not that makes his polling data biased is up for debate, but i believe his own wording disproves your claim of him being republican, nothing strawman about quoting from the man himself

As I and others have said, if Obama takes Ohio, he wins. Simple as that.

And yes, the electoral college is complete shit. My vote means nothing. In Ohio, if 100 people Change their minds last day to vote Romney, that could be enough to decide the Presidency. Its a completely homosex format, and it sucks.

Yes, I'm aware Al Gore would have won in 2000 if we decided elections on popular vote.

I felt the same way then I read a great article the other day on why it should remain. A few key points I remember:

1) Recount - can you imagine how long the Bush/Gore decision would have been if they had to recount all the states and not just Florida?
2) Resources - there has not been really been one single presidential election add in Texas. They are only concentrating on swing States and spending billions. Imagine how much it would cost to run a nationwide campaign.
3) Special interest groups - again, think of how much more they would have their claws into the president if every vote counted.
4) Independent parties, if you had a nationwide election, you would get a lot more running and taking away votes. Presidents would end up getting elected only receiving 35% of votes or have to have run off's between the two highest vote getters dragging out the election months longer (see 2 and 3 above).

There were a few more reasons but those hit home with me. Yeah it sucks but probably better than the alternative.

Id rather have a candidate try to get elected by the whole country instead of by the population of 5 or 6 states.

One of the main reason why the modern GOP has swung so far to the retarded right is because, by default, they have to pander to dumbshits during the Iowa caucus right off the bat.

If rommo wins Ohio it's cause nobody showed up to vote except the 65 and older crowd that thinks he's a muslim caliph. I'm in a more conservative part of OH and it still feels like people are leaning Dem.

Republican's problem are they can't get out of the damn primary without being pandering to the religious right. Then they are stuck with the party platform coming out of the convention. That is why they have to pull an etch a sketch just to get elected.
