Trucks sust mast tren cycle log

Shoulders this evening
Smith press behind neck
Upright row
Barbell shrug
Lateral raise
Duncan press
Was a bit tired this evening so workout was done by the numbers.
Have noticed today that I'm starting to get bacne this usually happens on cycle.
 
MethylHydroxyNandrolone. Maybe I spelled it right.

Anyway its just an oral nandrolone. CK here ran it and was happy with his results. I originally planned on running just the Test/Mast/MHN in my current cycle. May or may not use it at the end of this cycle. Pretty happy with my results on the Test/Tren/Mast so far with two weeks left of the tren and four on test and Mast.

It's the stack of champions it seems like these days

Ive never experienced strength gains like it,it feels quite intense sometimes,u can feel really tired on it,then u get in the gym and get a serious buzz from the strength and really kill it. I think I've added a good bit of size too I'll post pictures in a couple of weeks

Half hour run am
Back workout gym pm
Deads (didn't go for PR again this week went for reps every 3-4 weeks tryin PR till end of cycle)
Lat pulldown
Bent over row
Hyper extensions(lower back pump was nearly unbearable)
One arm dumbbell row
Again was really tired today,it's strange because it drops off u when u get in the gym. Also feeling a bit short tempered,sort of like a coiled spring. When I'm driving I'm like shouting at everyone,but on a serious note,when at home with the family u really have to make yourself to stay calm,even if someone is annoying u. If someone was naturally highly strung or aggressive I don't think tren would be a good idea. Or maybe it's
just me lol. It's seriously good in the gym tho,my training partner is on tren e and eq,and were like shouting at each other,intense
End of week 4 still liking it a lot
 
Half hour fasted jogging
Gym lunchtime,on Saturday I now usually do lighter weight higher reps one exercise every body part,good workout. In the afternoon I played drums for 3 hours,I have a gig coming up and I don't play that much anymore,I nearly melted. Still sweating a lot and making sure I drink loads of water. Sitting down now with chicken and green veg about to watch the Haye v Klitschko fight,should be good

week 4, see current avatar - not sure how else to upload the pic from my pc. Happy Independence Day to all my american bro's :) broke bench pr today for 3rd time! Benched 265lbs. even after 4 weeks added some size and got somewhat leaner.
