TRT Folks I have Questions

3 months worth of testing and discussion has resulted in my Doctor prescribing Test Cyp @ 200mg every 3 weeks. He tells me I will have to remain on TRT for the rest of my healthy adult life. I’m perfectly fine with this. I do have some questions for those in the same boat.

I get a test level check every 3 or 4 months.

Do you folks run short ester cycles in between and if so, what do they look like?

Could I run a long ester like EQ and it remain undetected for testing purposes?

Any other information or recommendations would be great!

Thanks

All i have to say is that 3 weeks is OLD SCHOOL! The most recent literature (and experiences from TRT people here like myself) is every week WITH HCG the two days prior to injection. THis prevent the emotional roller coaster and dragging associated with low test level during the last two weeks.

How are your nuts... shrink yet?

Oh yeah, every 3 months is fine to test. What tests does he perform?

I have a great relationship with my doctor. First time ever I have trusted someone with this type of information. He knows everything and is totally cool and spends lots of time talking with me, not lecturing me or anything like that. However, ethically he tells me not to do anything on top of what he prescribes. Therefore I want my ‘test’ tests to look normal.

He performs the ‘test’ tests, lipid and some sort of U/A for sugars, etc. Should I get the exact names of the tests?

He did tell me that if I start to feel ‘negative’ effects to go ahead and pop the next one. He says we may need to bump it up to every 2 weeks but wants to ramp up slowly vs. too much at the beginning and needing to ramp down suddenly.

He mentioned nothing about HCG. Should I bring this up? You have any links to support this that I could show him in our discussions?

Yes, my testicles have been in atrophy for quite some time.
