TRT and Rx

Recently I went to a hormone clinic down here in sunny FL.
Before they even checked my hormone levels, I told them that I felt down sometimes with no energy, at least not like before. (I'm 30 yrs old). Other symptoms were discussed.

They gave me a shot of 200mgs of test cyp and a DHT blocker called FINASTERIDE.
They also took my blood work and told me to come back within a week and a half after bloodwork's done. That'll be this Wednesday.

The doctor was very willing, as per her words, that I also have hypothyroidism, which is true (I'm taking 50mcgs levothryoxin and it makes me feel like shit since my Primary Care Provider (PCP) lowered it from 75mcgs). Loser. lol

I want:
T3 and also HCG, which they also prescribe.

T3 I know she'll give me. How do I ask for the HCG?
What do you recommend I say?

Also, I don't think these people think that I see this treatment as a cycle, not an unbreakable habit. What do you think is the best course of action?

In other words, to get the most of this treatment, if you were in my shoes, what would you say?

Tell them you don't want your testicles to shrink. That you want HCG for that and to keep them in check.
If they are that willing, they aren't going to think it's for a cycle. It's for good. The FL clinics just want their money.

Yes it's the same place.
The FL clinics def just want their money. Right now, I'm not too willing to go black market, which is why I paid the price. Thoughts? (clears throat).
I def don't want my testicles to shrink: How does HCG help with that?

Prices: Labwork, + test cypionate + initial shot + first visit + finasteride=$200
I also want to tell them that I need the following:

T3 for my thyroid cycle
HCG (it's the only other hormone they prescribe for men), but not from them. I need a walmart Rx.
And
Test cypionate but a prescription, so I don't get the increased price for a lab that is affiliated with them.

I'll say I'm traveling (which I am).

Oh, and with the holidays, I've postponed my clen because I'll be with family. Can't be seen with shaky hands (I've tried clen before and, well, I get the shakes at low dosages so right now I'll be off it)....

I got it from a reputable lab (liquid)

I'd love some something to help me cut, which is why I was pissed when I called today and they told me that they are running behind with blood work since one of their two machines isn't working, so it might take two weeks instead of 1.5 weeks.

I'll have an answer tomorrow.

Anyway, the doctor is super nice and friendly.
She agreed to be my "coach" since I want to look like the shredded guy on the cover of their website for men. Hey, while naive sounding, prescribing me Rx steroids is what I need! So I don't care much
