Ok, I am definitely a candidate for TRT, but am weighing my options. I want to make it clear I am not looking to push my levels to like 1500 or anything like that, just high normal like 900-1000. I know some say this is still AAS use but I consider that more along the lines of Tren, Winstrol, and pushing T levels super high,etc...
TRT is normally considered a fairly safe alternative but recent studies cast shadows on that. A TRT study recently had to be stopped because of a statistically significant number of cardio events, which seemed to be related to a rise in hemocrit which turned the blood more slushy causing stroke and heart issues...Also it can have negative consequences for prostate enlargement. It also can have negative effects on cholesterol and lipid profiles, although the studies can come to different conclusions, with some showing it improved them.
SARMS on the other hand were partially developed to avoid many of these issues...blood pressure, gland issues, cholesterol, etc although LGD does seem to have some of these...
The down side is we have no idea what the long term effects of SARMS will be as they were designed mainly for short term use. Researchers don't see any long term effects but you only need to watch daytime TV to see how many drug companies are getting sued over their drugs having unwanted long term effects.
So my quandry as it would be is to decide whether the CDV risks of TRT outweigh the unknown effects of long term repeated SARMs use...SARMs definitely seem like a viable alternative but then you also have to wonder how good quality you get from.batch to batch as well versus pharm grade Test E or C...
Any thoughts or comments regarding this?
