Trouble with Primo inject

Guys, came home from overseas 2 days ago and had my package waiting for me. Got into it and took an inventory and decided to start my cycle that night.
Nothing big but my diet and workouts have been in check for weeks so i figured WTF?

1-10 400mg Test Cyp EW
1-4 Anavar 40mg ED
1-4 Primo 300mg EW

So i've been doing my HRT test shots in the glute and those have been painless and haven't felt a single one. Now i go and fire up a primo amp and thought i'd put it in my right quad just to be on the safe side. It felt a bit tough going in, but it was thick and i had never done Shering amps or any other primo b4 so all seemed pretty normal. Massaged for a few mins and then went to the gym and did 30 mins of cardio on it. Yesterday it was pretty damn sore so i was trying to feel for lumps and there was none. I was even at the allergist and i dropped my junk and asked her to take a look and she thought all was well. Now i just woke up, trembling, can hardly move that leg at all from all the pain, and the pain is all over, not just localized. Area is only slightly warm but that could be from laying on it too. I have no fever at all and BP is normal. Do you think i'm dehydrated or something silly like that? Or is primo just that tough of a stick?

Any input you can give would sure be appreciated.

Sounds like your getting sick. Doesn't sound like its from the shot. Why are you only doing primo for 4 weeks?

How is it possible to flush out this incredible soreness from my right quad? I'm drinking water like a mofo and keeping the limb as active as i can, but it still hurts when i breathe. Anything i can do to speed it up, or will it leave on it's own?

are you sure you injected into the right area of the quad?

how deep did you go?

^^^ bump, you might have had a localized swelling that might be pinching nerves. i've had it happen before, it will go away if thats what it is.
