On week 5 of beastrol/test cyp cycle and lately been having trouble sleeping,on days I dont workout, it's not too bad, but my workout days I can't sleep more then a few hours, body just can't get comfortable. I wasn't aware test gave such problems(if thats what's even causing this) anyone have problems like this while on test or maybe it's something else but I usually never have trouble sleeping.

Bro, I'm in the same damn boat; I sleep poorly. I've tried everything: ZMA, Melatonin, etc. I average 5-6 hrs of quality sleep per night.

High androgen levels can cause sleep disturbances. Try needtosleep from needtobuildmuscle.net as it may help.
If you are running a thermo or Pre-workout supp either take it earlier or try dropping it. Stop all caffeine intake by the afternoon if possible and try to get as a good a routine as possible.

Androgens make it difficult to sleep. Tren is a walking fucking zombie the whole time (cause tren sucks).

Also, lay off the preworkout stims

i havent had more than 2 hours sleep ina row for almost 7 weeks now , sleep 2 hours wake up repeat etc

U know I thought the preworkout might have something to do with it, definitely gonna lay off that, see how that goes. Is there anything OTC I can take for now, till I can place an order for something.?

What dosage of Test and Beastdrol are you taking?

I have averaged abou 3 hour for 20 years now. I can go 3 days with no sleep and it kills me. Dr say I am definately jhortening my life, but there is no answer. Being a recovering addict/alcoholic I cant take meds. It physically and mentally hurts sometimes. Agony.

i don't agree with the androgen theory at all. i slept like a rock on tren. i will say the AAS that effects my sleep is orals. whether it be drol or dbol. i attribute it to the heavy side effects specifically high bp.

so my advice is stop the drol or drop the dosage.. that should help. also you can try lowering the cyp dosage as well.. too high test levels will give you sides too.

also keep in mind if you have bi-polar disorder you will not sleep very much at night and feel refreshed anyway. i know a guy at the gym who says he sleeps maybe an hour a day... he went to a psychologist and after testing was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder for which he has to go on $600 per month pills which he cannot afford..

okay so everyone agrees it could be several things. but while we are on the subject on sleep let me add this. when i was in high school and got into weightlifting one of the first books that taught me the sport would mention SLEEP a lot. so since then I have studied sleep and have learned several simple things to do to help people get better sleep.

1. use the bedroom for sleep and sex only. get rid of the tv, the dog (make him sleep in another room), the book, whatever. people dont realize how much time they waste having a tv in the room and how disruptive it can be keeping you awake.
2. get rid of an alarm clock or hide it from view (crazy i know, but do you realize how often you look at that thing at night?)
3. wash your sheets atleast once a week with scent free detergent
4. get hard flooring, carpets are dirty
5. keep the area clean, that includes behind the bed and under
6. paint the room a calming color like light blue.
7. do not consume sugars or caffeine after 1pm.
8. like said above have a sleeping pattern... sleep at 10, wake up at 6:30 is perfect. you get 8 solid hours which is all you need.
9. lay off the drugs, yes the AAS too!
10. yoga, meditation, prayer before bed. something to calm your body

i dated a girl who had sleeping issues and its funny she took a pic of her alarm clock and put it on facebook saying "my alarm clock is teasing me" next to the alarm clock was anxiety medicine and diet coke. she is doing 3 things wrong right there. 1. alarm clock facing bed 2. anxiety medicine. 3. caffeine until she corrects those she will continue having trouble sleeping ... look for things you are doing wrong in your bedroom

Need2sleep is amazing. 2 caps helps me sleep like a baby!

A few need2sleep and I sleep through the night and am able to work all day without being tired.

if you having trouble sleeping take need2sleep

Unisom is over the counter. I wouldn't advise taking it every day, but it sure helps with a night or two of good sleep. Walgreens, CVS, all have it.

Some very good tips in there. Thanks for sharing those. No TV and a great mattress and pillow in your room are essential in good rest.
