Trouble sleeping?

I am relatively new to the juice world, yet I have done a tremendous amount of research on the subject. However, nothing beats personal experiences. Is it normal for someone on their first ever cycle of Sus to have extreme difficulty sleeping? I can't fucking get to bed before 3 or 4 AM every night. Then I wake up tired and EXTREMELY pissed off. I am also experiencing a lot of mood swings and depression. Is this a normal way of life in juice land, or is something wrong?

Bro, it could be that you're from GA and it's summer. That happens to me when it gets hot as hell too. I don't know about the mood problems though.

Bro its shitty but true. I am up every hour on the hour it seems when I'm juicing. Its shitty but I just tried to compensate by hitting the sack earlier knowing that I was going to be up all night. Try smoking a big ass fat jillo before bedtime, that always helps too....

I have not had this problem do to my cycle, but I do recommend that you try to nap during the day and get a minimum of eight hours rest. Rest is just as important as your diet and workout.

If all else fails get a prescribtion for Trazadone, 50-100 mg you will sleep like a newborn, eight hours uninterrupted.:o

Flaming me too!

Ah flaming i wonder if it was me or something but i have the same problem my first cycle. ANd i have terrible time sleeping even taking a nap , i wake up cause of a nightmare, dont laugh . But thats true. I wonder if its either me or just stressed out or the juice, i dont know. I am glad we can get together and help each other like this. Thank you guys

You dudes have posted some fairly insightful comments. It is interesting that I do sleep well during the day when I take little 2 or 3 hour naps. I just can't get to fucking bed at night time. Like one guy said, I'll just have to force myself to hit the sack at about 10 or 11 knowing that if I remain awake until 12, I'll be up all night. Or maybe I'll try valium - whatever. I just don't know enough about valium to make any decisions though.

It usually only last for the first couple of weeks for me and then I go back to my regular schedule. I just keep some ambiens around for the first 2 wks... Usually does it for me..

Using Test/Sust makes it harder for me to sleep all of the way through the night, I sweat a lot more even if the room is cold and I have some reeeeaaaallly wierd dreams that would probably freak out Steven Spielberg. 10 Mg Valiums work best for me without making me feel groggy in the morning. 10 Mg Ambiems leave me feeling tired in the morning (I don't usually get to sleep for 8 hours due to work, etc., etc.). Cut out any caffeine a lot earlier in the day than you normally would. Personally, I like the Valium best so far.
