interesting, i've never heard anyone thats half serious about body building complain about taking pills.
The ingredients of amp is capped for a reason! All the ingredients are really potenet and not so taste-bud friendly. so put some hair on them knuckles and man up son!

"Man up" is right! I'd take horse pills coated with sandpaper if it aided in muscle building. Well, if it aided a whole lot.
