Tri's

Lay flat on your back on a bench, start w/ a 6lb weight (or whatever feels comfortable for you) and lift that arm up. Do not make your arm straight when you're lifting it up, keep it bent, and bend at elbow so it is equal to your ear. Lift up and down. Do this about 8-10 times. I think it should help you. I use one arm to do the lifting, and the other I put my fingers on the muscle to feel it working and also make sure my arm is not crooked.
 
By laying on your back, your using your arm only to lift THUS the pressure is all on your tri's.
