Triple Threat. Good stuff????

I love mine actually. I mix one scoop of chocolate with breakfast, a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of vanilla post workout, and a scoop of vanilla before bed.

Bulking? That is a normal diet. Since I have upped my cardio (tire flips, sled drags, object carries) I need more food to keep my muscle...

Either way it kicks ass...I kinda miss bulking... bulking makes men men. :D

So other then taste, you feel it is worth it then??
 
I will not say that a supplement is the cause of all of my gains. What I can say is this.

May 2002 I did the Mo. Strongest Man contest and weighed 279. I felt strong and did well.

I got my triple threat the Monday that I returned from that contest and began drinking it like I said above, along with some flax seed oil (1 tbsp a day). Four weeks later I competed in the Kentucky's Strongest Man contest at a bodyweight of 284 and I set a new PR on the log clean and press, and conan's wheel.

It tastes good, it helps me to grow, and it is VERY reasonable in price. What else do I need to know about it?

Tiple threat is good--I just got my first tub.

ISOPURE is in my oppinion the best quality protein and does not tast bad at all.

Designer is supposed to be the best tasting---I think it sucks.
 
b-fold, you said you have 1 scoop, then 2, then 1. It says a serving is 3 scoops, so you only use a third, or two thirds of that? because i am going to buy some tubs at the 25% discount, and dont think i need the full 3 scoops or 60 g of protein all at once
 
I have a tub of each..and they have lasted me a while.

3 scoops = 60g prot
1 scoop = 20g prot

I mix 12-16oz of milk with my shakes...and love them. As a contest nears...I will add 1 scoop to every meal throughout the day.
