please no flaming, i'm curious and concerned. girlfriend wants to take it. she is not fat at all, competing cheerleader, 5"6 115, wants to lose a little weight, she looks awesome, i told her not to but she says she wants to. i've been researching ive heard reports if u dont drink enough water u could dehydrate for it. what do yall advise? how much 2 take? how long? or is it shit? thanx!
 
How about you get her to post under your name in women's forum, with her stats, what sort of training or conditioning she does for cheering and what her diet is like.

At 115 pounds I'm not sure what she needs to lose.

If not - you answer all the above questions for her on the women's board - I'll bet she just needs a bit of diet and training tweaking to get her where she wants to be.
