please no flaming, i'm curious and concerned. girlfriend wants to take it. she is not fat at all, competing cheerleader, 5"6 115, wants to lose a little weight, she looks awesome, i told her not to but she says she wants to. i've been researching ive heard reports if u dont drink enough water u could dehydrate for it. what do yall advise? how much 2 take? how long? or is it shit? thanx!
