Hey guys, i have a real problem trying to get my tris to grow, the rear head is really short, ie, whereas most peoples tri stretches right down to the elbow, mine doesnt. How can i train that head, any suggestions? I usually do skull crushers, push downs, rope etc
 
I'll get shot for saying this but I hate skull crushers and don't do them. When I do an exercise I want to feel the body part I'm working out burning. When I do them I feel stress on my tri's but it does not seem direct enough. My tri's are above average (one part of me I'm honestly happy with) all I can say is just go real heavy untill they burn. I do dumbbell extensions over head (my gym only has 110lbs and I do about 10reps for 3sets) then I use the ez-curl bar with a 45lb plate on each side and do extensions with that over head, then cable extensions (down). I use that metal V looking thing cause its easier to do more weight with that then the rope. To finish them off I go to an over head pully machine and get one of those single metal handle thingy's and so pull downs with those with both and over hand grip (knuckles up) and under hand grip (knuckles down) until I can't do any more.

Maybe some one can answer this for me. Which is a better day to do dips, a chest day or arm day? I've heard both, but I feel it way more in my tri's than I have ever felt it in my chest.
