i am a newbie and i was wondering is the tricep supposed to extend all the way from the shoulder to the elbow. i have a really large upper tricep then a few inches from the elbow it just shrinks to nothing. i was wondering if this is caused by my training and what exrcises will make it fuller or if it is a genetic thing. my tricep training consists of dips, tricep press downs, and tricpe kick backs, i also do bench presss and incline press so it gets hit there to. thanks for any info you can give me.
