Should tribulus be used only for PCT, or can it help prevent shutdown during a cycle by stimulating LH?

Where do you get yours from Radar? I've tried tribulus a handful of times, primarily as part of PCT or after PCT to help libido and it didn't seem to do anything for me.... I got Bulgarian Tribulus from B-A-C
