tri-blend question, and.....maybe adding tren?

Thats the problem with trainers and body builders, nutrition is best left for dieticians. I work in a hospital as a registered dietician that I have my masters in nutrition and definitley dont need any more education on dieting, and can tell you that your body can only metabolize 1gm of protein of body weight at best.. 2/3 likely. Thats the limit for protein synthesis naturally. 30-40gm per sitting, 3hrs for meats, less for things like eggs, dairy, protein shakes based on whey. Steroids for most of them increase protein synthesis so 2-3gms minimum of protein per body weight when usong gear. Steroids like tren acetate though lower protein synthesis but reduces muscle breakdown, thats why it makes you stronger and makes you gain lean muscle. So im not in my 20s, Im 35 and ready to do my 2nd cycle.

So for my original question, how long to cycle all three tests. Thanks

That's the problem with you book educated registered dieticians. Everything you learned is geared towards the average couch potato who sits in a cubicle all day then comes home and lays on the couch watching TV until he goes to bed. I wouldn't recommend more than 1gm/lb of protein to that guy either. Nobody writes textbooks based on the nutritional needs of athletes or especially bodybuilders.

The RDAs are all based on a 2000 calorie diet. So I suppose you don't go over 2000 calories either, right? If so, then good luck gaining.

Perhaps I had better ask you though, what are your goals? Do you want to go from 175 at 12% to a whopping 180 at 10%?
What do you want to achieve with this cycle?
What do you want to achieve this year?
What are your long term goals?

I haven't advised many bed ridden hospital patients. I haven't put together meal plans for cardiac patients. I could do that. Heck that's easy! You know what's not as easy? Putting together a diet for a 200 lb. BBer who wants to get to 220 lbs in a year without drugs and without gaining very much body fat. How many times have you done that, Mr. Registered Dietician?

In 8 years I went from 165 lbs to almost 240 lbs at 6'2", and stayed below 15% body fat the whole time. I maintained 230-240 lbs for over 2 years, and right now I've cut down to 223 at 10%.

But you're 175 at 12%, asking about steroids...I'm sure you know more than I do about eating to gain in relation to bodybuilding.

Wasn't gonna chime in but hey I couldn't help myself...

1st of all your education although important to your job it is in fact directed to the "mainstream" population. When it comes to BB's, use of gear etc I would HIGHLY recommend you listen to those who have personal experience!

CEO and Ez E are in fact correct!! I myself have 3 MA's and a PhD!! I have also personally gone from 165 to 235 in less than 3 years using gear when I was in the service all while maintaining less than 10% bf. (military is VERY strict on height / weight ratio). I'm 6'1 and was only allowed to be 190lbs UNLESS I kept my bf below 11%!!

I am now a paraplegic and have been back in the workout game for a couple of years (15 years post military) now and I can tell you A LOT has changed!!!

Listen to those who have been in the "scene" and take their advice to heart. They have no reason to BS you and are only trying to help! All I'm trying to say is our education is an awesome advantage and a strength when applicable. But humble yourself and keep an open mind, you will learn and benefit so much more...

I'll give a personal example; I have received excellent advice from many members here regarding my last cycle and current PCT. And without their advice I would not have been able to keep my gains which to be honest lost in the last few previous cycles!! Nothing is worse than putting all that time, sweat and effort to loose it!!

Just my 2cc's,

E

Eating more = more calories = fat gain which i dont want.. i want more muscle, and since withput steroids protein synthesis is limited to 1gm of protein per body weight
This is the most ignorant statment i have read in while, especially coming from a supposed registered dietitcian. I eat 7 meals a day and more calories than I have ever taken in my life and i am hardly gaining body fat. My diet is a strict carb cycling style and mainly consists of high protein, carbs from vegetables like broccoli, spinach and asparagus and lots of good fats like almonds, avocados, peanut butter and Omega-3s. I carb-up usually every 3-5 days with brown rice, oatmeal and potatoes for example. You sound like an Ectomorph/Mesomorph body type so eating the way I just described would hardly gain you body fat. I am an Endomorph body type and I NEED to eat like described all the time or I easily gain unwanted body fat.
As for a suggestion on length of cycle for Sus.....I would do no less than 10 weeks and no more than 14 weeks. Good luck. :D
