TREX just kicked my ass at the gym. I usually take 2 in the morning and 2 before hitting the gym but I don't feel much of a buzz at all. So today I took 2 in the morning and ate. Now usually I wouldn't hit the gym until later on during the day but I wanted to get it over and done with. So 2 hours after I ate I popped 3 more to see if I would feel anything. I get to the gym and during my second exercise I felt it. My heart rate was up and I was sweating and breathing heavily. I get done with that and go on to deadlifts. Second set into the deadlifts and I'm struggling to catch my breath. I couldn't take it anymore so I left the gym and sat in my car for 5 minutes. Broke into a cold sweat and started shaking. Now 3 hours later everything seems fine. I'll probably go back and finish up my workout. I've learned my lesson for the day.
