Alright so i started on trex last night and continued it today.. started walking on a mill.. 2 minutes alright step it up to pace of 4.. start to jog.. another minute goto 6.. after 2 minutes i go down to 4 and check my heart rate.. 186
so i'm like wait this is bad.. slow it down to 4 and just walk/jog for 20 more minutes.. avg heart rate was still around 160's/high 150's i did cardio after i lifted.. back day.. any advice? i would search but the search is still reindexing.. and isonly on year 2001 still
