trex and heart rate

Alright so i started on trex last night and continued it today.. started walking on a mill.. 2 minutes alright step it up to pace of 4.. start to jog.. another minute goto 6.. after 2 minutes i go down to 4 and check my heart rate.. 186 :eek2: so i'm like wait this is bad.. slow it down to 4 and just walk/jog for 20 more minutes.. avg heart rate was still around 160's/high 150's i did cardio after i lifted.. back day.. any advice? i would search but the search is still reindexing.. and isonly on year 2001 still :(

Interesting....T-Rex doesnt effect my heart-rate...are you taking any asthma meds?
 
I just sweat like a pig with TREX, haven't had any heart rate changes that I've noticed.

I did notice that while on the monohydrate that as I got towards the 1 month mark that I would start having a challenge to my system, constantly going to the restroom and an ache in my lower back kidney area. It stopped with in a few days of stopping the monohydrate.
