i dont get it that bad... after a heavy leg workout i sleep real good...
im also used to working nights, so on my nights off my body wants to stay up...
im actualy doing fine, 350mg/wk seems to be a good dose for me where i get amazing results and the sides are bearable... sure there are some bad nights but for the most part with my busy job, the gym and the kids im pretty warn out at the end of the day...
one thing ive noticed about the tren is that on less sleep i can wake up more refreshed...
